You are at the centre of what we do, and we take your privacy and the protection of your data seriously. We will update this Statement to reflect changes in legislation, technology and our services when required.
This Privacy Statement describes how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information when you interact with Engage South Western Sydney Local Health District.

You will not be identified as part of this report, unless we seek your consent to do so in writing.. You will however be identified if you have made an application to take part in a service-related committee or workshop and it is necessary for the team to contact you to discuss your application.
Reports from consultations may also include de-identified quotes from participants in forums, surveys and other consultation tools.

Not all information you provide to us can be viewed by other users of Engage South Western Sydney Local Health District.
Publicly available information is limited to your username (selected by you) and any comments you leave under that name in the forums or other feedback tools on Engage South Western Sydney Local Health District. We therefore recommend that in order to protect your privacy, you selecta username which does not explicitly identify you, and does not include any personal or health related information (e.g. your legal name, geographical location or date of birth) in your comments.
