Presently, when a hospital calls, it shows as "No Caller ID." Many people said they don’t answer these calls because they don’t know who it is.

We asked what you’d like to see instead. Here’s what you told us:
📞 Most people want to see the actual phone number of the person calling.
🏥 Others prefer seeing the main hospital number.
🚫 Very few people want to keep things the way they are.

You also said it’s helpful when the hospital leaves a message, like:
“Hi, it’s [Name] from [Department]. Please call me back on [Phone Number].”
